96 Hours: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Sometimes you just have to get out of town; and a week at the luxurious Hacienda style private Mexican villa with spectacular views of the Bay of Banderas does the trick. Including a full staff and more space [8000 sq ft]  than one knows what to do with, Casa del Quetzal outside of Puerto Vallarta was pure luxury. Delicious margaritas, fresh lobster and seafood, plus a 35 foot infinity pool on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean whenever I needed a dip left me rejuvenated and ready to face September.
